Who We Are

We are Aurea Skincare operating under Satori Haven Sdn Bhd in Malaysia. Our values: calm, integrity, confidence. We craft natural, science-rooted skincare for sensitive, ageing skin in Malaysia.

What You See Is What You Get

  • All product descriptions, images, pricing, and information on our site aim to be accurate and honest.
  • Occasionally, errors may appear (e.g. typographical, pricing, images). If we notice something misleading, we’ll correct it promptly.
  • Colours of products may differ slightly depending on screen/lighting.

Orders, Payments & Confirmation

  • Once you place an order, we’ll send a confirmation via email or message. That’s when a binding agreement is formed.
  • Payments are accepted via the methods shown at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse any order (for example, if stock issues arise).
  • Prices shown are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), inclusive of any local taxes as required. Shipping fees will be added where applicable.

Delivery & Risk

  • We deliver to locations in Malaysia as per the delivery options shown at checkout.
  • Delivery time estimates are given in good faith, but delays outside our control (weather, courier delays, customs) may occur. We promise to keep you informed.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the product is delivered to your address.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • We understand that sensitive skin needs certainty. If the product causes unexpected reactions, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photo evidence.
  • For defects or damaged goods, we’ll arrange exchange or refund.
  • Kindly note that opened or used products may not be eligible for refund, for hygiene reasons.
  • Refunds will be processed via your original payment method or another agreed way. Please allow reasonable processing time.

Use of Our Products

  • Our skincare formulas are designed for sensitive, ageing skin; we advise patch-testing first.
  • Use according to instructions on the label. Discontinue use if irritation persists and consult a professional if needed.
  • Our products are not medical treatments. They aim to soothe, support, hydrate, and improve skin’s appearance. Individual results may vary.

Intellectual Property & Content

  • All content on this website (text, images, trademarks, logos) is owned by Aurea or used under licence.
  • You’re welcome to share our content (e.g., blog posts) with credit. But copying, reproducing or using content at scale without permission is not permitted.

Privacy & Your Data

  • We collect minimal data needed to process orders, communicate about products, and improve your experience.
  • Your personal data will be handled in line with applicable Malaysian data protection laws.
  • We will not share your information with third parties for marketing without consent.

Limitation of Liability

  • We promise gentle formulas tailored for sensitive, aging skin. However, we cannot guarantee that every skin type will respond the same way.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurea is not liable for indirect or special damages, or for losses beyond what you paid for.

  • The latest Terms will always be published here. By continuing to use our site or purchasing after updates, you agree to the new Terms.
