Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, standard shipping within Peninsular Malaysia typically takes 2-4 working days, while deliveries to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) may need 5-7 working days, depending on your location. During high-demand periods (sales, launches, or public holidays), there might be slight delays, but we always strive to keep you informed.

Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, delivery zone, and courier rate. For orders above a specified threshold (for example, RM 200), free standard delivery is available to many Peninsular regions. If your area is outside the free-delivery zones or requires special handling, shipping charges will display at checkout. We partner with reliable courier services that respect your skin’s peace—securely packaging our botanical & biotech formulas so they arrive intact, avoiding exposure to extreme heat or rough handling.

For faster service or specific delivery dates, optional express or same-day/next-day delivery options are offered in selected urban centres (for example, Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru). These services may incur additional fees, and availability will be clearly shown during checkout. Please note that same-day delivery orders must be placed by a cutoff time (e.g. 12:00 PM), and express parcels may need signature upon receipt to ensure safe delivery.
